Tyler, The Creator – Don’t Tap the Glass (Vinyl LP)

Tyler, The Creator returns with Don’t Tap the Glass, a high-energy, rhythm-driven album that puts movement, groove, and pure musical expression front and center.

Following the ambitious storytelling and elaborate production of CHROMAKOPIA, Tyler takes a different approach with Don’t Tap the Glass. Built around infectious basslines, punchy drums, playful synthesizers, and an unmistakable sense of attitude, the album draws from funk, hip-hop, dance music, and vintage R&B while maintaining Tyler’s signature offbeat personality.

It’s a record designed to be experienced rather than overanalyzed, with infectious grooves, sharp production, and a restless creative energy that keeps things moving from start to finish.

Presented on vinyl with its striking pink cover artwork and shattered-glass visual motif, Don’t Tap the Glass is another distinctive chapter in Tyler’s ever-evolving catalog.

Why We Carry It

Tyler, The Creator has built a career on refusing to stay in one lane, and Don’t Tap the Glass is another example of why his music reaches far beyond traditional hip-hop audiences.

We love records that blur genre lines, especially when they pull from funk, soul, and vintage dance music in unexpected ways. Tyler’s production sensibilities and willingness to experiment make this an easy addition to the AWR shelves, whether you’re a longtime fan or simply looking for something with a serious groove.
